Conditions of sales
In the sales contract is established the relationship between Pini Srl (vendor) and the client (buyer).
The general sales conditions, the use and maintenance manual and the declaration of conformity set the contract that regulate the relationship between the vendor and the buyer, so, for this reason, they must be considered as one.
The general sales conditions are an integral part of all supply contracts, also for telephone orders, verbal orders, fax or e-mail orders.
